MORGAN MCMULLIN

Morgan McMullin is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and overseeing transactional matters for the Company.  He also plays a major role in directing the asset management and construction management activities of the Company.

Prior to co-founding MDI, Morgan was a successful commercial real estate agent for over 15 years with nearly $500M in sales under his belt, most recently a Senior Vice President with Compass Commercial and a founder of their highest producing commercial team, Partners CRE.

Morgan was raised in the tiny town of Ennis, Montana and is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz.  He lives in the Rancho Park neighborhood of West LA with his wife, Maryam and two kids, Nika and Kian.

BO DRAKE

Bo Drake is a Los Angeles commercial real estate industry expert with nearly 20 years of experience in value-add repositioning, asset management and acquisition of multifamily assets. During his tenure, Bo has been directly responsible for the acquisition, management and value-add renovation of nearly $500M in asset values. 

At McMullin-Drake, Bo directs the firm’s holdings and management portfolio operations. Bo has a track record of success in both home run acquisitions and leading a team in maximizing the financial performance of his clients’ assets.  Bo resides in the Pacific Palisades with his wife Katie, their son George and their daughter Amelia.  He graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics.
